The Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) is a nonprofit management certificate program for experienced and emerging leaders in the nonprofit human services sector. Presented by the Alliance for Children and Families, in collaboration with the University of Michigan’s School of Social Work and Ross School of Business, it is geared toward senior leaders of nonprofit human service organizations who are aspiring for excellence.
The institute strives to expand and strengthen the pool of senior-level managers and executives positioned and equipped to lead the nonprofits of today, tomorrow, and beyond. Providing the foundation for a future succession plan, as well as a visible career path for key employees, ELI prepares future nonprofit leaders to lead with distinction.
